18, building for the singularity

I’m interested in ai, bio-inspired computing, and most of the emerging tech/science developments.

🌉 love startups, cities, long articles, ocean blue, and night sky

I grew up in Hsinchu, Taiwan, a city where the wind never stops blowing. The thriving semiconductor industry there inspired me to pursue a path in STEM, so I picked up C++ upon entering high school. I later became interested in machine learning and started working on side projects and conducting research by reading papers and watching tutorials on YouTube. Science fairs and various competitions made up a significant part of my high school, and they helped me realize what I truly wanted to do in the future—address societal problems with technology and generate wealth from it. Besides writing code, I sometimes write prose and poetry as a window out of my chaotic life.

Little Things That Keep Me Alive ;)

So, this is my life. And I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I’m still trying to figure out how that could be.
